What we collect on this website

• Contact form data — name, work email, company, role, and the process information you choose to share. Used solely to respond to your enquiry and prepare your call.
• Analytics — if enabled, we use privacy-conscious, cookieless analytics that do not track you across sites. No advertising trackers are used.

Legal basis and retention

We process enquiry data on the basis of legitimate interest and/or pre-contractual steps (GDPR art. 6). Enquiry data is retained only as long as needed for the conversation and any resulting engagement, after which it is deleted.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by service providers we use to run this website and our scheduling and CRM tools, under data-processing agreements. Where you request an NDA, project information is handled under its terms in addition to this policy.

Client project data

Data handled inside client engagements is governed by the engagement agreement and, where applicable, a data-processing agreement — not by this website policy. For sensitive workloads we design architectures where data remains inside client-controlled infrastructure.
